II. SHIPPING & RETURN
Each order can be exchanged only once within the following timeframes:
Inner city: within 3 days from the date of receipt.
Outskirts / Other areas: within 5 days from the date of receipt.
The product must remain unused, with original tags and receipt, no stains, odors, or signs of washing/ironing.
The new product selected for exchange must be of equal or higher value than the original item.
(If the exchanged product is of lower value, CAOSTU will not refund the difference.)
The product must not be damaged due to improper storage or transportation by the customer.
The customer receives a product different from the description or incorrectly advised by our staff.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The product does not fit or the customer simply wishes to exchange for another item to explore more suitable products from CAOSTU.
Note: For Sale items, CAOSTU does not accept returns or exchanges.
CAOSTU will cover all shipping costs in cases where:
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The wrong item was delivered.
Incorrect information was provided by our consultant.
In cases where the customer provides incorrect information (e.g., wrong size) or simply wishes to exchange for another item, the customer will bear the return/exchange shipping cost.
