CAOSTU - a Vietnamese fashion brand based in Saigon - founded by designer Quý Cao.
Our story began in late 2020, starting with the acronym STU as a tribute to the founder's journey: "Stubborn. Stupid. Studious." CAOSTU believes that any stubbornness rooted in a big ego from the past will inevitably lead to mistakes and foolishness in the future. From there, people stumble and mature, transforming those experiences into valuable lessons for continuous learning and growth.
Drawing inspiration from the vibrancy of nature and architectural forms, CAOSTU particularly focuses on exploring curves like flowing lines - the currents of water, and the layered movement of terraced fields. All these elements come together to create a CAOSTU with a free and liberal spirit, guided by a philosophy aimed at young fashion enthusiasts of streetwear, while still maintaining a menswear essence. CAOSTU concentrates on high-quality ready-to-wear products with meticulous attention to detail, bringing a modern twist to designs through innovative processing techniques combined with the brand's distinctive patterns.
